You may make a booking by emailing us at info@villa-siculi.com.
To confirm your chosen arrangements, you must pay a deposit, which is 30% of the total cost of your booking.
Your booking is confirmed and a contract between you and us will exist when we have received payment of your deposit.
Please note all correspondence, including your vouchers and tickets, will be sent to you by email only. We recommend that all customers check their ‘junk’ email folder to ensure none of our emails have incorrectly been sent there.
Please check your confirmation and other documents carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately.
If you have paid a deposit, you must pay the full balance on arrival.
Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people less than 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking without any given reason.
LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes, claims or other matters arising out of or concerning these terms and conditions shall be governed by Croatian courts only.
We reserve the right to amend advertised prices at any time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. You must check the price of your chosen arrangements at the time of booking.
Villa Siculi reserves the right to withdraw special offers at any time entirely at its discretion without notice.
It is your responsibility to check and fulfill the passport, visa, health, and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. Requirements may change and you are therefore strongly recommended to check the up to date position with the supplier of the arrangements, Passport Office, appropriate embassy or consulate or your doctor as applicable in good time before departure.
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking you may do so either by emailing us at info@villa-siculi.com. In all cases, a cancellation will only be accepted by the party leader
Generally, cancellation charges are the same as the deposit for booking. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges. Claims must be made directly to us via e-mail. Villa Siculi reserves the right to keep any and all cancellation charges.
If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements, cots, or room location), please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier, but we can’t guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not.
